Is the treatment permanent  

Yes. Once the skin fibres are shortened, the effects are permanent. However, the skin will continue to age ,this is a natural process of ageing and cannot be stopped, the  treatment can  be repeated and may take 1-4 treatments to achieve results .Repeat treatments can be done 8 weeks late.
